Based on the latest government announcements, we are pleased to announce that we will open our campground as of June 19, 2020. Our shelter accommodations, ready-to-camp, and rustic campsites will all be accessible.
Given the postponement of the opening of our region to Monday, June 1st, this additional period of confinement has impacted our season preparations. Please note that the majority of our team comes from outside the region and that a period of confinement is required before they can start working on our premises. This measure allows us to increase the safety of our visitors and employees.

More information on health measures will be communicated to you shortly.

As for kayaking and SUP activities, we are still waiting for the next deconfinement phase to give you a date.

Anyone who has reserved a stay and/or activity by this opening date has received an email offering the choice to postpone or receive a full refund of their reservation. However, we invite you to take note of the adjustments that we have specifically made to our cancellation policy due to the pandemic.

Cancellation policy **special Covid-19****

Any accommodation or activity reservation that has to be cancelled as a result of the Covid-19's situation can either be postponed to 2020 with a 5% reduction, or postponed to 2021 without any additional charge, or refunded in full at the discretion of the customer. If we do not receive a response from the customer within the specified time period, we will automatically apply a refund to that customer.
