Sites 52, 53, and 54 are located in the new Mirador sector, near the reception area and overlooking Anse à la Cave. A walk of about 10 to 15 minutes will take you to the side of the water.

150$ + lodging tax (3.5%) and federal and provincial taxes (15%) / night per unit
Check-in is between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. Check-out is at 11am.
Complete bathroom with showers (0.50$/2 min) at the entrance of the site.
Please note that dogs are not allowed inside the units.
Cancellation and modification policies:
Upon reservation, a 25% deposit or one night's fee (whichever is greater) is required;
Cancellation: for reservations made more than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund possible, deposit valid for 1 year from initial arrival date and possibility of one rescheduling;
Cancellation: for reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, refund of deposit possible;
if the client does not show up, without having notified us at the latest by 11:00 am the day after his scheduled arrival, the reservation will be considered cancelled and no refund will be applied;
if the client leaves before the end of his stay, no refund is applicable.
